Winespeak Food and Wine Fridays at the SRJC Culinary Arts Center


	A Unique Sonoma County Dining Experience On most Fridays, you can find me at the SRJC Culinary Arts Center where Chef Michael Salinger, Chef Cathy Burgett and I conduct Food and Wine Fridays. This is a unique Sonoma County food and wine dining experience! Under Michael's and Cathy's direction, our culinary students prepare a seasonal four-course lunch which I then pair with three terrific wines. Michael, Cathy and I discuss the recipes and the wines while you enjoy the quintessential food and wine experience. Come with friends, meet new ones over lunch, and learn something new about the science, art and fun of food and wine pairing!
	Reservations Each lunch begins at 12:30 and ends by 2:30pm. Only 24 seats are available each Friday. You must be at least 21 years of age to enroll. The $35/person fee includes all food and beverage and sales tax. Call the SRJC Community Ed office at 707-527-4372 to register.
